Causal inference, a key branch of data science, is widely applied across fields like medicine, economics, social sciences, and finance. With rapid advancements in big data, AI, and machine learning\u2014especially the integration of large language models\u2014its applications in science, technology, and industry are growing fast, presenting both new opportunities and challenges. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Founded in 2019 by Dr. Xiao-Hua Zhou, Distinguished Chair Professor at Peking University, the Pacific Causal Inference Conference (PCIC) has become a leading annual event in causal science. It explores the latest developments in causal inference and has successfully held six editions in Beijing and Shanghai from 2019 to 2024. In 2024, the conference expanded by hosting the Causal Inference Forum at the World AI Conference (WAIC), further solidifying its position in the field.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/section>\n<\/section>\n<\/section>\n<\/section>\n<\/section>\n<\/section>\n
