讲座摘要

如今，随着硬件的进步和算法的发展，深度学习已经成功地在图像识别、语音识别、自然语言处理、游戏与博弈等领域突飞猛进，并渗透到了我们的日常生活中。

那么，我们有没有可能将这种技术借鉴到复杂网络的研究之中呢？

近年来，人们凭借着网络嵌入（Network Embedding）、图卷积神经网络（Graph Convolutional Neural Network）、图注意力模型（Graph Attention Network）等新技术，已经开发了若干图结构上的深度学习算法，并取得了一定的应用成果。

本讲座将对这些算法以及应用，包括各式各样的网络嵌入算法、节点分类问题、链路预测问题、图分类问题、网络动力学预测问题等做简单介绍，并对网络上的深度学习问题进行了展望。

Abstract

Nowadays, deep learning technology has achieved great progresses in image recognition, voice recognition, natural language processing, and games playing thanks to the fast development of hardwares and algorithms.

Can we apply these techniques on complex networks?

Recently, people have invented some new approaches such as network embedding, graph convolutional neural network, graph attention network, etc, and developped deep learning algorithms and applications on graphs.

This talk will introduce these new progresses, including various network embedding algorithms and applications, node classification, link prediction, graph classification, and dynamics prediction problems. We futhur make perspective on the new horizon of the deep learning applications on networks.
